Can I customize my hat more than just choosing the color?
All Beaver Brand© hats are individually made. Crown and brim sizes can be adjusted. There are limits to our flexibility, but we will work with you as best we can. Submit your requirements in our Custom Hat Maker.
Can I change an order once it is placed?
No, all orders are sent directly to the manufacturer immediately so that you can receive your hat as soon as possible. There can be no changes to your order after it is submitted. Returns for ordering mistakes will not be accepted.
Before you submit your order at checkout please make sure all the details are correct. Double check the correct model number, hatband, color, size and any personalization that you have added before pressing submit.
What are your shipping policies?
All Beaver Brand shipments are made using FedEx. A street address must be provided for all deliveries. Deliveries can only be made within the United States (all 50 states). Foreign shipments are not available at this time. A flat shipping and handling charge of $20.00/ hat is added to all hat orders and $6.00 for all hat band orders . See Shipping policies for full details.
Churchill glove orders are sent via U. S. Mail by either Express or Priority shiment. Some products are available as quick ship items that can be shipped in approximately 3 days from the date of order. All Churchill glove orders are shipped within approximately 14 days from the date of your order.
Are returns accepted?
Your satisfaction is important to us. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Please remember that all Beaver Brand hats are individually custom made. Because your hat was made just for you, only extremely limited returns are allowed. Occasionally small size changes can be achieved. All returns must be pre-approved. See Returns Policy for full details.
Unworn Churchill gloves in original condition can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders and gloves made with cream or red leather can not be exchanged or returned unless the glove has a manufactureer's defect.. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is the result of an error.
When is my credit card charged?
Charges are applied immediately for Beaver Brand and Churchill purchases. Your order is immediately transmitted to the supplier that will ship your product. The production process is then started for your hat (there are no off- the- shelf hats, only off- the- shelf prices). Our automated system charges your credit or debit card when the order is placed. This is the most secure policy & ensures your safety. If a product is on backorder, you will be given a choice to wait or cancel the order for a full refund.
When will I receive my order?
Whether you design your own hat or buy a hat from one of our Hat Galleries, you can expect delivery in 4 - 6 weeks from the time your confirmed order is submitted to Cowboy Hats and More. During the holiday season that period may be extended to 6 -8 weeks. Upon submission you will receive an e-mail with your order number.
Churchill Glove orders will ship in under 2 weeks. Quick ship items will be shipped in 3 -4 days. Shipping via Express/Priority mail usually takes 2-3 days to arrive at your door.
